About This Course

Ibusuki Golf Club is a historic 18-hole course located at the foot of Mount Kaimon, known as the "Satsuma Fuji," in southern Kyushu. Designed by Seiichi Inoue, the course takes full advantage of the natural terrain to provide a scenic and challenging experience. It has hosted notable tournaments, including the 2019 Japan Professional Golf Championship and the CASIO World Open from 1981 to 2004. The eighth hole features a downhill tee shot with stunning views of Mount Kaimon and the East China Sea. Soft spikes are required, and the course offers a par 72 layout stretching over 7,150 yards.
