Surrounded by lush greenery, with views of both the sea and nearby mountains, the course was opened in 1976. It was co-designed by professional golfer Yoshimasa Fujii and then Kyushu Electric Power president Kiyoshi Kawabayashi. Known for its strategic layout, the club hosted the Japan Senior Pro Championship in 2009. With a par of 72 and Bentgrass greens, Ito Golf Club offers a rewarding challenge in a peaceful, natural setting.
